DESCRIPTION:4 consecutive Wednesday afternoons.  June 7\, 14\, 21 and 28 @2:00 pm Our Beginner Summer Sew for Kids  a great way to get your kid (ages 8+) learning sewing in a creative environment where they will learn all the basics as well as be challenged in problem solving.  Our curriculum for the class includes fun to make and easy to be proud of projects to take home.  We supply everything for the first session and will send home a (very minimal) supply list for the remaining classes. All students are required to take our one-time prerequisite class\, Introduction to Sewing\, before the session they are registered for begins.  If your child already knows how to sew\, or has taken a previous class at the Studio\, please call 636-317-1117. Please make sure your child is able to attend all dates listed above before registering.  Session will not be prorated for missed classes.

DESCRIPTION:This course is a prerequisite for students who take any other sewing class. In this course you will become familiar with a Sewing Machine and how to use one. You will learn the skills that you need to take the kids/adult classes offered\, including winding the bobbin\, using guides\, zig zag and other fancy stitches and also troubleshoot when things do not work as expected. We will supply everything you need for this class\, including the sewing machine.
